Dan Rubin was the opening keynote speaker at Hybridconf here in Stockholm with his presentation “We don’t talk anymore”. Flying in the face of his presentation title, we grabbed him for a few minutes to talk.

Ingo Johansson was one of the speakers on day one of Intranätverk 2014. We grabbed him during a coffee break to talk about the onboarding process at NNE Pharmaplan which has just gone through a user-centric revamp. We hear how they managed to get HR to think “why” rather than just “what” and how new employees, managers and HR needs are all considered target groups and catered for.
Annika Appeltofft opened the day at Intranätverk with a case study presentation about intranet governance at Ericsson. We talked to her and Ericsson Global Intranet Manager Helene Ekström shortly afterwards.

We managed to catch up with morning keynote speaker Brian Massey in the Meet The Experts room at Conversion Jam 3.
Brian talked this morning about “copy” and it’s crucial role in online conversations and conversion. We throw out lorem shitsum and produce content.
The final speaker of the morning at Conversion Jam 3 in Stockholm was Ton Wesseling, Dutch Online optimisation specialist.
We talked to Ton about cloudberry jam as well as the importance of actionable changes and getting things out there – always be optimising. Plus, we ponder the thought, do we really need interaction design?
