Don Norman introduced the term “user centred design” to the world in the mid 80s and his book The Design of Everyday Things is perhaps the most read book of all time by UX-ers. He’s also a co-founder of the Nielsen Norman Group.

We’ve interviewed Don twice, first in 2016 which included the topic of design thinking and again in 2021 where we disussed the power of design to change the world.
