What makes you anxious when using the internet? We talk to David Swallow about the ways in which websites can make us stressed, irritated and cause serious problems for people with panic and anxiety disorders.
We also talk about possible solutions, some of the technical challenges as well as the practical ones. How to find a balance between making money and helping people, and how ultimately we as designers need to help organisations avoid applying dark patterns.
